Customer intelligence for shopping centres
Shopping centres sit on more customer data than almost any other retail business — footfall, loyalty, campaigns, events — and almost none of it talks to each other. Marketing teams end up making decisions on gut feel, three days late, from five disconnected tools.
Mallion is a Customer Data Platform that fixes that: one system where a CRM team can see who their customers are, what they're responding to, and what to do next — all in one place, updated in real time.

The idea
Most retail dashboards show you numbers. Meridian shows you what to do about them.
Every screen is built around one question: what does this person need to know right now to make a better decision today? Not "here is all the data" — but "here is what changed, what matters, and where to look next."
01 — Overview
Open Meridian in the morning and you don't get a wall of identical stat cards. You get a hierarchy: the numbers that matter most, sized to matter most.
Audience growth leads the page — the one number worth glancing at every single day. Below it, a Campaign Spotlight surfaces whatever is performing best right now, with real context instead of a buried table row. An activity heatmap shows exactly when your customers show up during the week. And a short list of AI-generated insights closes the loop — plain-language observations, not another chart to interpret.

02 — Customers
Every identified customer, searchable and segmented. Families, Loyalty Members, Tourists, Young Professionals, Students — color-coded consistently across the entire platform, so a manager can read the shape of their audience at a glance, without opening a single filter.

03 — Customer profile
Click into any customer and you get more than a form. Alongside their details sits an engagement summary — events attended, campaigns received, coupons redeemed — and a timeline of what they've actually done. A record becomes a story.

The system
Navy sidebar, white surfaces, four accent colors — each with a fixed job: blue for core metrics, green for revenue, purple for engagement, orange for campaigns. Soft 16–20px corners, hairline borders instead of shadows, Inter throughout. Nothing decorative, nothing arbitrary — every visual choice repeats across every screen.

Why it works
The instinct in most dashboards is to make everything the same size — it feels safe, it feels fair. Meridian does the opposite on purpose. One chart dominates. One campaign gets the spotlight. Some things sit smaller because they matter less today than they did yesterday. That's the whole point: a tool that tells you where to look, not just what happened.
